A big part of our service is making sure that you are safe. Investigation and fault finding is an important contribution to ensuring your electrics are safe, adhering to regulations and not putting you or anyone else in the vicinity at risk.
Tripped circuits, blown fuses or faulty wiring can happen to any one at any time potentially leaving a property without any lighting or power. Our packages include a 24/7 call out service for all our customers and clients. Issues such as tripped RCDs, lighting and power faults, fuse board problems, nuisance tripping and any other electrical faults can generally be fixed on the same visit by one of our specialist faults finding team.
If problems do arise, we will initially carry out a survey of the premises inspecting all fixtures and fittings to see if we can find any signs of burning, damp or loose connections. If we are unable to identify any obvious concerns with the electrics, our team will then carry out an in-depth electrical fault-finding test using specialist calibrated testing equipment. If the tests indicate that repairs are needed, these will commence in order to reinstate your power supply or fix the problem. However, we will not proceed without first completing a full quotation for you.
