This was a very intricate job which tested our mental ability, but boy did we enjoy it! This BMS system was for a large commercial property that needed a whole new control system to manage every electrical appliance and additional system in it.
The BMS we fitted had full control over electrical window systems, all security doors that had electrical magnet security systems fitted, all lighting and emergency lighting, the central heating systems, air conditioning systems, alarm systems, water pumps, heat pumps and many more that needed electrical management and control.

With this system in place, we were able to install an automatic start up and shut down protocol that was controlled by a timing system, making it easier for the maintenance staff to open and close the building.
We now have a maintenance contract with the commercial property and enjoy returning to it every year.
