This job was a challenge, but an exciting one at that! We were asked to complete a survey on this beautiful, old and mesmerising Grade 2 listed building. After a lot of discussion with the potential client, we were able to secure the project and go away to complete the architectural designs for the electrical installation.
The building was going to be converted into offices with two floors, and as you can see, there was not a lot to work with, so we had our hands full.

The project consisted of a full rewire of the property, power supply for the office floor and all computer systems they would be using, data communication wiring CAT6 as well as under floor power to provide a power source for upstairs and down. We needed to install new fire alarms and emergency lighting across the property as well as Sump Pumps, track lighting and a completely new fuse board.
Being a grade 2 listed building, we wanted to ensure all lighting used was safe and energy efficient to keep the maintenance and electricity costs as low as possible.
We enjoyed this project so much and it was a pleasure to work in such a beautiful environment.
