We have been fortunate enough to successfully secure a contract with a very successful Estate Agency to maintain and update all electrical installations and wiring in a lot of properties. The requirements for Electrical Installation Condition Reports are ever changing and properties will need consistent updates to ensure they are in line with the standards that have been set out.
In the photos above, you can see replacement and installation of new 18th edition consumer units which properties need to have under new regulations, along with gas and water mains protective bonds and the replacement of damaged accessories such as light fittings, smoke alarms and detectors, sockets and other electrical appliances.

Due to the changes happening year on year, we will make annual maintenance calls to every property we are contracted to and complete testing across all electrical installations and appliances making sure they meet all regulation standards.
